This model is part of the Pro Power line and is tuned to the game of Raúl Marcos, known for his aggressive net play and strong overheads.
The Pro Power Raúl Marcos is not an all round racket, nor is it a comfortable entry level model. It is a distinctly power focused racket, built for players who take the initiative and want to decide points with tempo and impact.

What type of player is this racket suited for

The Osaka Pro Power Raúl Marcos is mainly suited to attack minded left side players at an intermediate to advanced level. Players who trust their smash, apply heavy pressure at the net and want to actively finish the point will get the most out of this racket.
This racket can also be used by right side players who play in a more attacking way, follow through regularly and have enough technique to play with a power focused racket. For controlling right side players, this model is less suitable.

Key Features

The diamond shape provides a high positioned sweet spot, giving extra support on smashes and aggressive overheads. The balance leans clearly towards the top, which helps generate speed and impact, but makes the racket less forgiving in defensive situations.
The face is built from carbon based materials and has a hard blade feel. The blade is stiff and direct, with little flex and a short ball contact time. This delivers high ball speed and plenty of feedback on clean contact, but calls for good technique due to the smaller sweet spot.
The core consists of rigid EVA rubber, which reinforces the racket's explosive and direct character. Comfort is functionally present, but secondary to performance and power.

Playing Feel and Performance

On court, the Osaka Pro Power Raúl Marcos feels hard, explosive and very direct. On smashes and volleys the racket delivers plenty of speed and a tight feel. In defensive situations and on off centre contact the racket forgives little and calls for the player's own timing and control.
The Pro Power Raúl Marcos is therefore a clear choice for players who deliberately choose a hard blade and maximum power, and who are after a racket fully geared towards attacking finishing, within Osaka's high performance range.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0790/2724/1204/files/osaka-pro-power-raul-marcos-8019426.jpg?v=1780929331
