Within what period can I return my order?

You can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. After informing us, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back. Please note that products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Keep the proof of return shipment until we have processed your return. If these conditions are not met, justpadel.nl reserves the right to charge a depreciation of up to 100% of the purchase amount. This is of course not our intention, so let’s simply follow the return conditions. If you have any questions, contact us at hans.vandermeulen@justpadel.com.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will then take up to 14 days after we have received the product in good condition. We will keep you updated via email throughout this process. Once everything has been approved, the money will be refunded to your account.

How do I register my return?

You can register your return by sending an email to hans.vandermeulen@justpadel.com which includes your order number and email adress.

Which conditions apply to returning my order?

Important: A racket from which the plastic around the grip has been removed cannot be returned.

Return conditions:

Shoes: Return the shoes in the original box, with a shipping box around it. Do not place tape on the shoe box itself, as we cannot accept the return otherwise.

Clothing and bags: Return clothing and bags in the original plastic packaging with the EAN label. If this is missing, we cannot process the return.

You can register your return within 14 days of receipt, and then you have an additional 14 days to send it back.

Both the costs and the risk of shipping are your responsibility. However, if a delivered product is damaged or defective, return costs will be covered by JustPadel. Contact us for this.

Justpadel.com only accepts returns if products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please note: if there is no Track & Trace link for the return shipment, we cannot investigate a potentially lost package.

How do I return a product?

Return your product manually.

To return your product, follow a few steps. Here are the steps:

Create a shipping label via your shipping carrier.
Select the correct package size.
Choose standard or registered shipping.
Enter our address details.
Save the shipping label and pay the shipping costs.
Attach the label to the package and bring it to a shipping location.

Once we receive and inspect the package, you will receive your refund. After receiving the package, it will be checked and processed as soon as possible.

What is the return address and what are the costs?

Return shipments must be sent at your own expense. Costs vary depending on shipping method and package weight. If your product is damaged or defective, contact us and return costs will be covered by JustPadel. You can send your return to:
