Use of your data

As soon as you order something from Justpadel, we receive personal data such as your name, address and telephone number. We collect this personal data in order to process your order. At the moment the order is completed, a contractual agreement is in place. We do our utmost to fulfil this agreement as expected. For this, we use your data. For example, to deliver the order to the correct address, or to provide information about your order by email or telephone. We also use this information for returns, refunds and support via customer service.

In addition, we use data to provide the best possible service. This includes the account you can create via Justpadel. This means that for your second order, you no longer have to enter your details. Because we have this information, we can also send you relevant offers by email.

Access to your data

The employees of Justpadel who process orders have access to your data. We do everything we can to keep this data safe. For example, we have a secure website and all passwords are encrypted. For shipping, it is also necessary for us to share data with third parties. For example, an order we send via DHL. The delivery service needs your address for this. We also work with a marketing agency that only uses the necessary data for marketing purposes. To safeguard privacy, we have signed cooperation agreements for this.

Cookies and IP address

We use cookies to be able to offer a good shopping experience. For example, a product recommendation or a discount code you can receive by email. With the help of your IP address, we recognise you when you return to our website. This allows us to provide you with the level of service you can expect from us.

Order history

Justpadel keeps a record of all the orders you have placed. We also do this in order to be able to provide good service in certain situations. For example: you ordered a product and it is not quite what you expected. If you then want to exchange it, it is helpful for our customer service to see exactly what you ordered. We also use the order history to make the webshop as relevant as possible for customers. This also includes relevant offers via newsletters, social media and email.

Deletion of data

You are the owner of your personal data. Do you want it to be deleted? Then you can submit a request to hans.vandermeulen@justpadel.com. Together we will establish that you are the actual owner of the data. If you still want it deleted after that, we will do so for you. Justpadel also reviews each year which data can be retained and which data we delete.
