Warranty and Complaints Procedure
We do our utmost to deliver our products in top condition. However, it can happen that something goes wrong, for example if a product is damaged during shipping. In such cases, you may be entitled to warranty. It is important that you report a complaint within two months after discovering the issue. Damage to a padel racket caused by use may in some cases fall under warranty. After six months, damage can no longer be covered 100% under warranty. Therefore, contact us in time so we can look for a suitable solution together.
Warranty overview
Damage not covered by warranty:
Brands do not provide warranty for damage caused by unintentional contact with glass walls, net posts, fencing or the ground during play. Cracks that start from the outside edge of the racket are therefore not covered.
Fortunately, many issues are covered. Manufacturing faults and material defects are generally covered, provided they are reported within the warranty period. At the bottom of the page you will find a guide showing which types of damage are often covered and which are not.
Complaints
If something does not go as you expected and you have a complaint, please report it first via email: hans.vandermeulen@justpadel.com
Warranty or No Warranty?
COVERED BY WARRANTY
A crack has appeared in the racket face. If this occurs within 6 months of purchase, we offer a full refund (100%). We believe it is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchase and therefore guarantee the quality of our products.
COVERED BY WARRANTY
There is a rattling sound in your racket, likely caused by a loose piece of carbon. For this, we offer 100% warranty and the possibility to resolve the issue free of charge. Prefer to handle it yourself? Contact our customer service. In that case, you will receive a €15 voucher as compensation.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
A crack has formed in your racket, likely from the frame or on the frame itself. According to the supplier, this cannot be caused solely by ball impact; the damage is often the result of contact with the fence, glass wall, or another player’s racket. Unfortunately, this type of damage is generally not covered by the supplier or by us.
However, if this happens within 6 months of purchase, always contact us. We will then look together for a suitable solution for both parties.
