Head Extreme Elite 2023
Head Extreme Elite 2023
The Head Extreme Elite 2023 is a padel racket developed for attack-minded players who seek power but want a more accessible and forgiving feel than the Extreme Pro. This model forms the most playable variant within the Extreme line and is intended for players who like to apply pressure, without using a hard and demanding racket.
The Extreme Elite 2023 is not an all-round control racket, but it is also not a pure match model. It is an attacking racket with extra comfort, suited for players who want to combine power with ease of play.
What type of player is this racket suited for
The Head Extreme Elite 2023 is suited for intermediate players and lightly advanced players who play attacking padel. The racket suits left-side players who want to finish with smashes and overheads, but also right-side players who actively attack and regularly move forward to the net.
For players who primarily want to build up play from control, play many rallies and take few risks, this racket is less suitable. The focus is clearly on attack and pressure.
Key Features
The diamond shape provides a high-positioned sweet spot, which helps to generate power on attacking shots. The balance leans towards the top, so the racket provides support for smashes and fast overheads.
The face is built from fibreglass and has a soft to medium blade feel. The blade is therefore not hard and offers more flex than the Pro variant. This provides extra comfort, a larger sweet spot and more error forgiveness, but less direct precision and explosiveness than stiff carbon models.
The core consists of Power Foam, which speeds up the ball exit and gives the racket a lively feel. This combination makes the racket accessible and less straining on the arm and shoulder.
Playing Feel and Performance
On the court, the Head Extreme Elite 2023 feels attacking, comfortable and forgiving. On smashes and volleys the racket helps to generate speed, while it remains easier to play in rallies than the Extreme Pro. With off-centre hits you maintain more control than with harder power rackets.
The Extreme Elite 2023 is therefore a clear choice for players who want to play attacking padel with a softer blade and more comfort, within the Extreme line from HEAD.

Droplet rackets have a slightly higher balance and a slightly smaller sweet spot. This provides an excellent balance between control and power. These versatile rackets are suitable for intermediate players and various playing styles.
Diamond:
The balance point is towards the top of the racket and the sweet spot is even smaller. The racket is less maneuverable but offers maximum power. These rackets are suitable for advanced players with an attacking playing style.

Soft Touch:
Rackets with a soft touch provide players with a subtle feel and cushioning when hitting the ball. These rackets absorb vibrations and offer more comfort, making them ideal for players who prefer control and precision over pure power.

Medium Feeling:
Rackets with a medium feeling provide a balanced combination of control, power, and comfort. They give sufficient feedback to the player when hitting the ball and are suitable for players of various levels looking for reliable performance.
Heavy Feeling:
Rackets with a heavy feeling offer players more stability and power with each stroke, but they also often feel a bit heavier in the hand. These rackets are suitable for players who prefer a solid feel and maximum hitting power, even if it means a bit of extra weight.
Blade
Smooth:
Rackets with a smooth surface provide players with a consistent and smooth hitting experience. This surface minimizes friction and promotes quick ball movement, making it ideal for players who prefer control and precision in their shots.
Sand:

3D:
Rackets with a 3D surface feature a relief pattern that is three-dimensional, creating a unique texture. This surface promotes spin, control, and precision, allowing players to add more variety and spin to their shots while maintaining a comfortable grip.
